Hollybrook are working with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on a new Halls of Residence located within the Old Kent Road Opportunity area opposite Burgess Park. The LSE are one of the leading social science universities in the world (ranked second in the world by QS) and a planning application has recently been submitted for 676 student rooms and 2,375sqm of commercial space including a Creative Commercial Centre that includes University related community uses and a community café. New areas of public realm are also proposed. It is anticipated that the scheme will be delivered for 2023.
